I didn't receive my complete order

We sometimes need to split shipments between our various warehouses. You will get tracking numbers emailed to you for each shipment.  If one of your items is back ordered then you should have received an email within a few hours of initially placing the order advising of this.

Please check your spam folder since we have a tracking link in there some email systems mark as spam.  If your entire order has shipped and the packing list in the box says there is an item that is not there please email [e-mail] so we can look into the issue.
