Event Sponsorship

We do get a minimum of 15 requests each day so please be patience while we sort through all of the requests.  It may take up to 10 days to hear back about your request.  We require 30 days notice prior to event.  LIFEAID will sponsor one event per account per year.  Please use the email address that you use for ordering to fill out the form as buying accounts get preferential treatment.
