Not all agave is equal in quality. The agave plant is mainly grown in the deserts of Mexico. Raw agave is minimally processed in temperatures that can be found in the climates where the agave is grown – between 115-120 degrees Fahrenheit Other agave may be processed at a higher temperature and some agave may even be mixed with cheaper additives including high fructose corn syrup! All the agave used in our products is of the highest quality and is certified raw and organic by the largest agave supplier in the world.
